My daughter is one of the most kind children ever.  She has a friend who has a snake.  Her snake wouldn't eat a rat.  She sent me a picture and asked if we could keep the rat.

I mean how can you say no when the creature posed for the picture?  Needless to say we have a rat now.  Madi says we only have Halloween animals.  I say we have weird animals.  There is a reason why "pack rat" is a phrase.  Mimi will grab all her things and hoard them in her hut in the cage.  She had at least an inch of stuff under her at one time.  I'm glad she stays in Madi's room and that we don't have a snake!!
